Branch Head at Unilag Microfinance Bank Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a outcomes-driven and skilled Business client service manager to chief one of our branches. The preferred candidate will supervise all branch processes, lead business expansion and ensure outstanding client support in line with the bank’s strategic targets.

Primary duties

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the branch, which includes employees management, client support, and adherence.
• Formulate and implement plans to grow the bank’s deposit base and loan project sample.
• Ensure efficient credit risk mitigation strategy and quality loan project sample.
• Build and preserve solid connections with customers and the organizer group.
• Organize and show periodic effectiveness documentation to strategic leadership.
• Guarantee alignment to all organizational guidelines and compliance obligations.
• Head, motivate, and educate branch teams to attain effectiveness targets.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Management, or relevant field (a MSC or a member of a professional body is a plus).
• At least 4 years’ related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or executive position.
• Solid understanding of microfinance banking processes, credit management, and legal adherence.
• Outstanding executive guidance, logical, information exchange, and people skills.
• Verified ability to reach targets and enhance output under pressure.
