Activity Operations coordinator at Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited in Lagos

Role summary

We are seeking an Activity Operations coordinator to strategy and organize events and development initiatives that assist our installers, channel associates, and internal teams. This position includes arranging programs, coordinating assets, and building relation to strengthen our corporate identity and business expansion.

Primary duties

• Strategy and arrange initiatives which includes development sessions, professional forums, and group events.
• Assist installer relation through development, rewards, and membership programs.
• Organize assets and materials needed for initiatives.
• Build and sustain trusted partnerships with installers, EPCs, and associates.
• Supply basic development to associates and employees on corporate identity, goods, and sales rules.
• Analysis industry trends and rivals to offer useful findings.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Processes, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• 2 - 5 years applicable professional background.
• Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
• Good issue resolution and flexibility to evolving conditions.
• Robust collaboration and verbal abilities.
• Expertise in event synchronization or development assist is a plus.
