Plan Manager at M-KOPA Nigeria in Lagos

The Position

You'll work directly with our top management on critical strategic programs, coordinating OKRs and scorecards while diving in-depth into logical projects that shape our business direction. This is a high-visibility role within our Financial technology plan team where your quantitative findings will lead decisions affecting millions of underserved clients across various African markets.

Primary duties

• Organize plan across the organization through OKRs, scorecards, and key strategic forums
• Head and implement logical in-depth-dives that supply implementable outcomes
• Collaborate with different business units on high-priority strategic projects
• Bridge differences and lead cross-operational programs where needed

What You'll Bring Crucial:

• 4+ years of expertise in plan advising, corporate plan, or similar logical positions
• Robust quantitative competencies with improved Excel and data evaluation capabilities
• Capability to convert sophisticated data into implementable strategic strategic guidance
