Position Overview

We are seeking an skilled Human resources Manager to lead Human resources plan and assist business expansion. Role summary Duties:

• Formulate and execute Human resources plans and rules that match with the organization’s aspiration and culture.
• Supervise the full cycle of hiring process, orientation, and skill building to guarantee the right cultural and ability suit.
• Oversee effectiveness reviews, KPIs, and responsibility frameworks across all levels.
• Lead employee relation programs that build teamwork, respect, and uninterrupted learning.
• Manage workplace engagement, dispute management, and disciplinary methods in adherence with work legal provisions.
• Ensure precise and current Human resources records and execute productive Human resources operational structures and methods.
• Advise management on Human resources industry standards, staff planning, and business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, or relevant field.
• CIPM accreditation (compulsory) or equivalent specialist certification.
• At least 2-5 years’ expertise in Human resources, ideally inside the property industry, and resides on the Island (Lagos State, Nigeria).
