Job Description

Position Goal

  • We are looking for an skilled and initiative-driven Technical Manager, project to supervise and organize critical projects across our funding business.
  • This position includes organizing, carrying out, and closing projects that lead business expansion, enhance process effectiveness, and assist product and service creative invention.
  • The preferred candidate will be meticulous, technically savvy, and competent of coordinating cross-operational teams to supply outcomes on time and within financial plan.

Primary duties

  • Establish project scopes, targets, outputs, timelines, and asset qualifications.
  • Formulate thorough project strategies and plans, making sure alignment with business targets.
  • Organize internal assets and third-party vendors for smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to guarantee smooth execution of programs.
  • Act as the primary point of reach out for all participants, making sure effective communication and requirements.
  • Track project effectiveness using suitable operational structures, resources, and KPIs.
  • Recognize risks and concerns early, and formulate risk reduction plans.
  • Offer consistent status status reports and documentation to executive team.
  • Recognize avenues to enhance processes, reduce setbacks, and improve entire effectiveness.
  • Assist the recordkeeping and standardization of methods cross-functional units.
  • Head the organizing and implementation of adjustment programs connected with product rollouts, system upgrades, or business changes.
  • Coordinate user development, participant relation, and adoption plans.
  • Timetable, coordinate, and check in on project sessions with within and outside the organization participants.
  • Ensure precise capture and distribution of minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Preserve a clear log of outputs and owners, and check in to guarantee prompt implementation.

Credentials

  • Bsc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Project coordination Accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, Nimble/Scrum Master, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of expertise in technical project coordination, preferably within financial solutions, financial technology, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
  • Verified ability to oversee various projects at the same time and supply outstanding outcomes.
