Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and logical Financial funding Evaluator to join our team. This position plays a vital part in linking credible financial opportunities with the right investors. You will head endeavors in investor procurement, transaction arranging, due diligence, and post-financial funding supervising—supporting meaningfully to Africa’s economic development story

Primary duties

  • Design and execute investor procurement and relation plans in alignment with W2A’s Financial funding & Trade Facilitation (ITF) targets.
  • Recognize, profile, and engage investors based on ticket sizes, risk appetite, and sector interests.
  • Coordinate investor matching, making sure alignment with avenue qualifications and requirements.
  • Carry out financial forecasting, viability assessments, and risk evaluations for possibility agreements.
  • Assist due diligence methods, making sure adherence with compliance-related, financial, and lawful guidelines.
  • Organize transaction guest accommodation initiatives which includes investor demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and talks.
  • Track financial funding effectiveness and oversee status updates to primary stakeholders post-transaction.
  • Track practices in the financial funding landscape, regulatory framework progress updates, and market forces.
  • Organize premium quality financial funding memos, documentation, and recordkeeping for within and outside the organization use.

Competencies & Credentials

  • Bsc in Finance, Economics, Financial funding, or a relevant field (A member of a professional body will be an added advantage).
  • Reliable background in financial funding evaluation, due diligence, and participant relation.
  • Robust financial forecasting/status updates and critical thinking.
  • Competence with financial funding resources and software.
  • Clear articulation, visual communication, and planning abilities.
  • Must be capable to operate full-time and in-field.

Work Environment:
