Position Overview

The Accounting officer is in charge of coordinating finance records, getting ready documentation, making sure adherence with accounting guidelines, and assisting strategic judgment through precise financial evaluation. This position includes managing financial plans, tax obligations, audits, and routine financial financial record to preserve the financial health of the company.

Primary duties

• Preserve precise and current finance records, ledgers, and adjustments.
• Organize and evaluate balance sheet and income statement (financial statement, profit and loss statement, money movement).
• Help in financial planning, predicting, and supervising financial effectiveness.
• Oversee outstanding bills and receivable, which includes billing and collections.
• Process wage processing and ensure statutory remittances are filed prompt.
• Calculate, organize, and send tax returns while making sure adherence with tax legal provisions.
• Assist within and outside the organization audits by offering necessary recordkeeping.
• Track and oversee money movement, banking, and treasury processes.
• Guarantee adherence with accounting guidelines, rules, and compliance obligations.
• Offer investment guidance and findings for executive review for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 3 - 5 years of expertise.
