Job Description

Preserving precise, finalize health care records and documentation.
To fulfill the role of customer relationship officer with HMOs/NHIS
To acquire all necessary HMO codes as at when due
Ensure finalization of all recordkeeping for HMOs and the on-time delivery of invoices
Clarify perks, qualification status, registration processing standardized processes and status of approvals and client recommendations to enrollees and Vendors.
Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
To oversee patient information, medical records, medical doctor exams, test outcomes, treatments and solutions offered.
To document information and keep file folders and electronic databases current
To arrange and preserve health information both in paper files and electronically stored operational structures.
Other clerical obligations as allocated by the manager

At least Academic qualification in Heath information Management with a minimum of 2 years of operating expertise.
Practical understanding of Quickbooks and Enterprise platform planning is a plus.
