Overview

The Quality assurance Officer is in charge of preserving high guidelines of food safety, hygiene, taste uniformity, and service dispatch across the dining venue. The position make sure that all meals, beverages, and methods meet the organization’s quality benchmarks and adhere with workplace safety and wellness rules.

Primary duties

• Examine food project setup zones, storage facilities, and service stations to guarantee adherence with hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Track taste, visual communication, and portion sizes of meals before service to guarantee uniformity.
• Check the freshness, quality, and managing of unedited ingredients upon dispatch and during storage.
• Ensure kitchen employees follow recipes, portion advisors, and standard operating standardized processes.
• Carry out standard procedure audits on food safety procedures (HACCP, hygiene checks, expiration regulate).
• Preserve proper records of inspections, inspection procedures, and corrective actions.
• Educate kitchen and service employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality benchmarks.
• Handle and explore client service issues connected with food quality or service.
• Work alongside procurement to guarantee suppliers meet accepted quality benchmarks.
• Suggest enhancements to kitchen processes, menu implementation, and service methods.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3 years work expertise.
