Regional Commercial manager at Talent Ace Limited in Lagos

Position Objective

The Regional Commercial manager (RSM)is in charge of top sales processes, allocation growth, and trade development across Lagos and the South-West region. The RSM ensures the accomplishment of sales, allocation, and visibility targets by coordinating Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), distributors, and sales teams to supply long-term development for the organization’s cereal goods.

Allocation & Coverage Growth:

• Ensure goods are accessible in all key urban and semi-urban centers across the region.
• Track inventory levels, requirement predicting, and stock chain effectiveness to prevent inventory-outs or expiries.
• Formulate productive sales routes and market coverage plans through van sales and distributor-guided channels.
• Strengthen connections with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade associates.

Financial & Adherence Duties:

• Guarantee alignment to authorized financial plans, receivables monitoring rules, and trade terms.
• Lead profit margin through productive pricing, expense management, and efficient distributor management.
• Assurance adherence with organisation guidelines, sales rules, and operational frameworks

Specialized abilities:

• Solid understanding of FMCG allocation dynamics (wholesale, in-store, free market, and modern trade).
• Competence in sales analytics platforms, Enterprise platform planning/CRM operational structures, and MS Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Outstanding comprehension of market mapping, route-to-market (RTM) plans, and requirement organizing.
