Servicing & maintenance Officer at Toasties Limited in Ikoyi, Lagos

Role summary

The Servicing & maintenance Officer is in charge of making sure that all dining venue facilities, tools, and utilities are in safe, operational, and most effective operating requirement. The position includes carrying out preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance on kitchen tools, dining facilities, plumbing, electrical operational structures, and general structure to reduce non-operational time and assist smooth dining venue processes.

Primary duties

• Carry out standard procedure inspections of kitchen tools (ovens, fryers, refrigerators, chillers, etc.) and dining facilities to guarantee proper functioning.
• Execute preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operational structures.
• Take action promptly to breakdowns and crises to reduce disruption in dining venue processes.
• Preserve servicing & maintenance data records, records of repairs, and service plans.
• Organize with external service providers and service vendors for key repairs or system setups.
• Make sure that all tools is conforming with safety and health rules.
• Track energy and utility usage, recognizing avenues to reduce expenses.
• Help in the setup and servicing & maintenance of fire safety operational structures (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers).
• Assist the procurement team in procurement quality spare parts and servicing & maintenance materials.
• Educate employees on basic tools care and safe usage procedures.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Higher national diploma certification / Bsc with 3 years work expertise.
