Position Overview

Ensures productive inventory management, precise recordkeeping, and prompt accessibility of spare parts to assist generation and servicing & maintenance initiatives at our Feedmill.

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the spare parts store, making sure precision in inventory records and recordkeeping.
• Formulate and execute efficient stock regulate and tracking operational structures to prevent inventory-outs or excesses.
• Coordinate with procurement, servicing & maintenance, and generation teams to guarantee prompt accessibility of parts.
• Carry out consistent inventory checks, adjustments, and audits to preserve precision and responsibility.
• Establish and ensure adherence to safety, storage, and managing standardized processes inside the store.
• Organize and show documentation on inventory movement, usage practices, and reorder qualifications.
• Head, educate, and oversee store staff to preserve effectiveness and adherence with organisation rules.
