Processes Officer at Rentachef NG in Ikate, Lagos

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day activities of customers service reservation and allocating of chefs.
• Ensure high guidelines of customers fulfillment and assisting quality dispatch of chefs.
• Work alongside the procurement team/officer to preserve high dispatch of food quality, supply chain and purchasing for customers.
• Oversee processes, directing employees, and making sure adherence with organisation rules and standardized processes.
• Ensure smooth operational frameworks to improve output, reduce expenses, and improve client fulfillment.
• Manage business data/information, which includes residential cook subscription, cook shift plan, work site and customer’s information.
• Monitor indicators, evaluate practices and offer findings to assist business decisions.
• Promote clear communication cross-functional units, making sure smooth partnership and problem solving.
• Help in recognizing and addressing business concerns, escalating to Administrator/MD as necessary.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mass Information exchange or Community-related Science or Hospitality associated academic qualification.

Expertise:

A minimum of 3years work expertise in a well organized hospitality or food service organisation. MUST possess background in dining venue processes and expertise trading with chefs.

OtherRequirements:

Proximity to Ikate and Lekki stage 1 is preferred.
