Position Overview

• We are looking for agile and driven self-starters to join our team as Reliance Care Officer.
• In this position, you will be the first point of reach out for clients and participants, responding to questions and fixing problems with empathy, and a initiatives-driven mentality.
• You will play a main responsibility in assisting clients, making sure their fulfillment, and supporting our health strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business, Communications, or relevant field.
• A medical profile (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is a plus.
• At least 1 year of expertise in Client support or Customer experience (expertise in banking or healthcare/HMO is a plus).
• Foundational knowledge in Office productivity software resources.
• Readiness to operate on changes, which includes weekends.
• Outstanding interpersonal, documented, and spoken communication competencies.
• Robust critical thinking and trust operating with quantitative data.
• High meticulousness with a dedication to supplying quality work.
• Objective-oriented, flexible, and capable to achieve results in dynamic environments.
