Primary duties

• Carry out physical handle confirmation for customers and associates.
• Supply precise and prompt documentation on findings.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping and document of finished verifications.
• Convey productively with customers and the processes team.
• Adhere with all traffic regulations, organisation safety rules, and standardized processes.
• Assist other logistics-associated initiatives as may be allocated under leadership.

Qualifications

• At least SSCE/OND certification.
• Demonstrated expertise as a delivery rider or in a similar position.
• Must have a valid rider’s license/permit.
• Clear communication (spoken communication and documented)
• Capability to use a smartphone and applicable applications.
• Good expertise in Lagos routes and environments.
• Robust meticulousness and honesty and reliability in status updates.
• Must be dependable, structured, and capable to operate with minimal oversight.
