Team supervisor, Sales Delegate at Emerald Zone Business Support Services (EmeraldBSS) in Lagos

Role summary

We are looking for a very driven and outcomes-driven Team supervisor to supervise and mentor our sales delegates. The preferred candidate will be in charge of pushing sales effectiveness, offering guidance and assist to the team, and making sure that corporate revenue goals are repeatedly met or exceeded.

Primary duties

• Head, motivate, and oversee a team of sales delegates to attain individual and team sales targets.
• Formulate and execute efficient sales plans and marketing.
• Track routine, on a weekly basis, and every month sales effectiveness, offering response and practical findings.
• Carry out consistent development and mentoring sessions to enhance service understanding, sales methods, and client relation competencies.
• Build and preserve robust client connections, making sure customer satisfaction and commitment.
• Work alongside management to set revenue goals, projection income, and organize sales documentation.
• Settle client service issues and concerns in a prompt, specialist manner.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation rules, methods, and professional conduct.
• Recognize new commercial opportunities and offer input on industry trends and rival activity.

Credentials

• Applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field is key with 3-5 years of expertise.
