Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Chief of Electrical Technicians to head and oversee site technicians in carrying out premium quality solar system system setups and servicing & maintenance.
Duties
- Oversee and organize the initiatives of electrical technicians
- Strategy and supervise solar installation projects from begin to finish
- Carry out quality assurance checks on system setups
- Offer technical development and guidance to entry-level technicians
- Verify that every safety procedures and guidelines are was aligned with
- Interface with customers during and after installation
- Documentation milestone tracking and hurdles for executive review
Qualifications
- OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 4+ years’ expertise in solar installation and team oversight
- Effective guidance and technical diagnosing issues competencies
- Deep understanding of solar tools, inverters, and electrical operational structures
- Effective communication and project coordination abilities.
