Chief of Business promotion & sales at Moneta Technology Limited in Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The Chief of Business promotion & sales will head Moneta’s sales plan and work collaboratively banks growth programs. The position includes coordinating a top-performing business development team, obtaining new work collaboratively banks, and fostering current connections to lead cross-closing sales and revenue optimization of goods and solutions.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement sales plans to obtain and grow connections with work collaboratively banks.
• Oversee, train, and motivate sales teams to attain and exceed targets.
• Recognize avenues for cross-closing sales and revenue optimization across work collaboratively bank portfolios.
• Work alongside internal teams to align goods and solutions with work collaboratively needs.
• Track and evaluate key indicators to enhance sales initiatives.
• Stand for Moneta at key industry events and relationship building avenues.

Qualifications

• Established history in B2B sales with executive guidance expertise, preferably in the banking or microfinance sector.
• Solid connection leadership abilities with C-level senior leaders.
• Outstanding bargain and verbal abilities.
• Capability to speak Hausa is a robust advantage due to northern market concentration.
• At least 8 years’ sales expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a executive function.
