Safety & Quality assurance Officer at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion Limited in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We are looking for a Safety and Quality assurance Officer to guarantee adherence with health, safety, and ecological guidelines while preserving rigid quality assurance throughout our manufacturing workflows The Safety and Quality assurance Officer will be in charge of enforcing safety procedures, supervising generation quality, and making sure that both people and goods repeatedly meet organisation, industry, and compliance guidelines.

Quality assurance:

• Track manufacturing workflows from unedited material to finished goods to guarantee compliance to quality benchmarks.
• Examine, test, and sample materials, semi-finished goods, and concluding results.
• Preserve precise quality records, documentation, and qualifications.
• Collaborate with generation supervisors to recognize root causes of faults and lead corrective measures.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation QA rules and client qualifications.

General Obligations:

Work alongside generation, servicing & maintenance, and Human resources teams to advance an environment that fosters safety, quality, and ongoing development. Offer consistent documentation for executive review on safety and excellent output indicators.

Credentials & Competencies

• Applicants should have an Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, QA, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in safety and/or quality assurance (production operations expertise firmly preferred).
• Solid understanding of safety rules, ISO guidelines, and QA procedures.
• Capability to formulate SOPs, safety documented guides, and quality assurance checklists.
• Clear articulation, development, and status updates competencies.
• High honesty and reliability, meticulousness, and executive guidance attributes.
