Job Description

We are looking for a highly proficient and skilled male Academic Chief to head our teaching and development programs.
The position includes designing, executing, and monitoring academic programs, making sure they match with industry guidelines and continuously adapting technological practices.
The Academic Chief will also lead syllabus development, oversee faculty, and offer strategic executive guidance for the academic division.

Academic Executive guidance & Plan
Formulate and execute academic plans in sync with enterprise direction and market trends.
Verify that every programs meet certification guidelines and industry qualifications.
Foster creativity by combining emerging technical solutions into training and learning.
Syllabus & Programme Development
Design and supervise technology-attentive curricula that provide with tools learners with in-requirement competencies.
Constantly modify academic content to reflect industry standards and industry improvement.
Head the development of qualifications, bootcamps, and workshops.
Integrate practical, practical learning through projects and internships.
Faculty & Team Management
Hire, educate, and oversee academic employees to supply premium quality education.
Carry out faculty reviews and advance career advancement.
Promote an environment that fosters superiority, analysis, and uninterrupted learning.
QA & Adherence
Establish academic rules, standardized processes, and key indicators.
Guarantee adherence with compliance-related and certification qualifications.
Track learning results and programme performance.
Execute response operational structures to enhance academic offerings.
Industry & Participant Relation
Develop alliances with technology companies and industry professionals to improve credibility.
Stand for the company at professional forums and academic forums.
Work alongside internally to align education with business and market needs.

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Academic qualification in Computer Science, IT, Education, or relevant field.
5 – 10 years of academic executive guidance expertise, preferably in a technology-attentive environment.
Proven competence in syllabus design, instructional methods, certification methods and industry qualifications and faculty management.
Solid understanding of emerging technical solutions and education structured approaches.
Expertise with e-learning channels, digital course development, and online development.

Executive guidance & Team Management: Capability to motivate and train faculty.
Strategic Thinking: Proficient in aligning academic plan with strategic objectives.
Syllabus Development: Solid experience in designing technology-based learning programs.
Sector awareness: Strong insight of tech and its teaching needs.
