Position Explanation
- An Accounting officer supervises stock precision, records financial financial record on the software, and arranges documentation, making sure financial honesty and reliability and adherence.
- They are in charge of recording precise stock financial record, adjusting stock records, and getting ready documentation for management.
- Their obligations also comprise of analysing stock practices, recognizing discrepancies, and partnering with other departments to enhance stock management. Help in Promotion of product and solutions.
Duties
- Track and oversee the organization’s stock.
- This comprises preserving stock records, carrying out physical stock counts, and adjusting stock records to physical counts.
- Make sure that stock levels are precise. This comprises recognizing and correcting stock errors, and endorsing stock levels based on sales projections and requirement.
- Management Procedures · Document all financial financial record in the financial platform
- Organize and preserve precise finance records, which includes outstanding bills, receivable, and general ledger. Resolve financial statements and other accounts.
- Organize and pay employees Salaries
- Organize and evaluate End of month financial statements, which includes earnings statements and balance sheets.
