Internal Regulate Officer at HT-Limited (2 Openings) in Nigeria

Duties

• Evaluate and appraise the soundness, performance, and proper application of accounting and financial regulates, adherence standardized processes and regulates and timeliness of recordkeeping production.
• Others are:
• Executing income guarantee by making sure routine settlement of sales with bank inflows
• Supervising the efficient usage of organisation assets in adherence for executive review rules and standardized processes.
• Site force expenditures management and regulate by making sure there is value for every money spent for processes.
• Building a robust adherence environment to guarantee zero level regulatory framework, standardized process and compliance-related infractions.
• Building robust consciousness in supporting employees on all rules and standardized processes concerns; zero tolerance for earnings leakages.
• Carrying out periodic inventory taking to consent physical inventory to the system records and explore any difference noted.
• Checking and making sure there are no wastages and leakages in management and procurement financial record.
• Recognize the risks that a business faces and formulate preventive plans.
• Checking of Consumptions vs Invoice of materials to identify and eliminate any shortages/pilferages.
• Making sure sanity checks and dispatch prompt documentation
