Job Description
Duties
- Organize balance sheet and income statement, financial plans, and management documentation.
- Track outstanding receivables and payable.
- Oversee wage processing and employee expenditure requests.
- Preserve and resolve financial statements and organisation accounts.
- Organize tax estimates and guarantee adherence with statutory qualifications.
- Assist within and outside the organization audits.
- Preserve precise and structured accounting records.
Qualifications
- Bsc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Specialist certification (ICAN, ACCA) is a plus.
- 3+ years of accounting expertise, ideally in a real estate or building firm.
