Project Architect at Tokiye Integrated Medical Services in Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Position Overview

The Project Architect will work together with the design manager to oversee and analyze architectural design, drawings, and requirements for the Ibom International Hospital project. The position ensures the architectural outputs are provided on time with a ≥95% design adherence with healthcare codes, and ≤5% design-associated modifications during building, while embedding capability, safety, and beauty therapy into hospital spaces.

Primary duties

• Formulate and evaluate architectural drawings, layouts, and requirements, making sure ≥95% adherence with healthcare guidelines and compliance-related codes.
• Organize design inputs with structural, MEP, and medical tools advisors, addressing ≥90% of clashes before building.
• Supply design bundles on timetable, delivering ≥90% of entries by accepted due dates.
• Carry out cost optimization to enhance design effectiveness, supporting to ≥5% project cost savings.
• Assist procurement and building teams by verifying material and tools choices, making sure 100% alignment with requirements.
• Preserve full design recordkeeping with zero missing authorizations at compliance-related entry stage.
