Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and outcomes-driven Talent recruiter to join our Human resources team. This position is in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out efficient recruitment plans to draw in, evaluate, and employ elite skilled for our resort processes, visitor solutions, culinary departments, managerial positions, and senior management.

Primary duties

• Collaborate with department heads to comprehend staff needs and formulate strategic recruiting strategies.
• Oversee the comprehensive talent acquisition, from open role listing and procurement to interviewing, selection, and orientation.
• Build a pipeline of certified hospitality experts through initiative-driven procurement, relationship building, and skilled mapping.
• Utilize position boards, social platforms, specialist networks, and hiring process events to recognize top applicants.
• Formulate and preserve a captivating company corporate identity that reflects Glocient’s values and culture.
• Ensure a positive application journey through prompt correspondence and response.
• Preserve precise and current candidate tracking and hiring process records.
• Track hiring process indicators and offer consistent documentation to top level Human resources executive guidance.
• Assist diversity, equity, and addition programs in hiring process and recruiting procedures.

 Credentials

• Bsc in HR, Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of expertise in recruitment, ideally in the hospitality or service industry.
• Deep knowledge of hiring process industry standards and work legal provisions in Nigeria.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Capability to oversee various positions and key focuses in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in using candidate tracking operational structures (ATS), HRIS channels, and procurement resources.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and building top-performing teams.
