Solid experience in full-cycle hiring, procurement, and applicant evaluation.
Competence in conceptualizing and executing efficient hiring process plans.
Competence in applicant procurement using various channels, which includes social platforms, position boards, and relationship building.
Clear articulation and people skills to productively interact with recruiting managers, applicants, and other participants.
Solid connection-building competencies with recruiting managers, internal teams, and external associates.
Relationship building competencies to establish linkages inside the industry and build a skilled pipeline.
Analytics-based mentality with the capability to evaluate hiring process indicators and enhance plans as appropriate.
Understanding with candidate tracking operational structures (ATS) and other Human resources software.
Cozy discussing terms position proposals, conceptualizing remuneration systems, and coordinating the proposal acceptance process.
Capability to adjust to evolving key focuses, market trends, and hiring process industry standards.
Dedication to supporting diversity and addition in hiring process procedures.
Efficient analytical abilities to handle hurdles and barriers in the talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree / BA in business management, HR, or applicable field
5 - 7 years of expertise as a Talent recruiter, with Expertise coordinating a team
Expertise in full-cycle hiring, procurement, and job brand identity
Comprehension of all selection methods and methods
Skilled in the use of social platforms and position boards
Readiness to comprehend the obligations and skills of different positions
Practical understanding of Candidate Tracking Operational structures (ATS) and databases
Outstanding speaker
Well-structured
A leader and strategic thinker.
