Essential responsibilities comprise of carrying out site surveys with improved tools, partnering with architects and engineers, interpreting lawful and archival land records, making sure legal adherence, and generating precise on-site recordkeeping. The position requires a deep knowledge of surveying tech, lawful principles, and spatial data to guide architectural planning and ensure projects match with requirements and lawful qualifications.

Primary duties

• Site Surveys and Data Collection: Carry out surveys to measure land capabilities, decide real estate lines, and collect spatial data using tools like GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners.
• Data evaluation and Recordkeeping: Evaluate survey data, execute calculations to decide elevations and volumes, and organize thorough documentation, maps, sketches, and lawful summaries.
• Partnership and Meeting: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and building teams to offer precise land evaluations, inform creative directions, and ensure projects are built according to strategies.
• Lawful and Archival Analysis: Analysis lawful records, land titles, and archival survey information to comprehend real estate circumstance and guarantee adherence with zoning legal provisions and building codes.
• Project Assist: Assist the design and building process by offering on-site strategies, making sure precise placement of systems, and advising on land development based on survey outcomes.
• QA: Confirm the precision of survey data and documentation to guarantee they meet legal & regulatory qualifications.
