Position Overview

The Supermarket Store Manager is accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, making sure outstanding client support, pushing sales increase, coordinating employee output, and preserving high guidelines of merchandising, stock, and store visual communication. Sales & Client support:

• Lead sales programs and advertising marketing to optimized revenue.

Employees Management:

• Hire, educate, timetable, and oversee employees to preserve productivity and service standard.

Finance Management:

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in Business Management, Management, or relevant field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven in-store/store leadership background, ideally in a supermarket.
• Effective guidance, corporate, and strategic judgment competencies.
• Clear articulation, bargain, and issue resolution abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace and in-store management software (POS, Enterprise platform planning).
• Capability to operate under pressure, juggle duties, and deliver on time.
