Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will supervise the receipt, storage, safeguarding, and issuance of all materials and tools for the Ibom International Hospital project. The position is responsible for preserving ≥98% stock precision, ≥95% on-time material dispatch, and zero unaccounted inventory variances, while making sure safe managing, audit adherence, and efficient warehouse processes.

Primary duties

• Oversee routine warehouse processes to preserve ≥98% precision between physical inventory and stock records.
• Verify that every materials are stored and managed safely, delivering zero incidents of loss due to poor managing.
• Track material requests and dispatch, making sure ≥95% of concerns are fulfilled within accepted timelines.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping and records with 100% adherence to internal regulates and external audit guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse Health, safety, and environment procedures, supporting to zero lost-time injury cases.
• Head and organize consistent inventory counts, delivering ≥99% settlement precision between system and physical counts.
• Enhance warehouse layout and material flow to enhance effectiveness and reduce setbacks.
• Oversee warehouse employees and service providers, making sure compliance to business guidelines.
