The Accounting officer will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the pharmacy’s finance records to guarantee precision, adherence, and effectiveness in routine financial processes. The position aids the business by conceptualizing financial plans, supervising expenditures, getting ready financial statements, and offering prompt findings for strategic judgment.

Adherence & Status updates:

• Organize financial statements (profit and loss statement, money movement, financial statement) for management evaluate.
• Guarantee adherence with Nigerian tax legal provisions and local compliance obligations.
• Preserve proper recordkeeping for audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• At least Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years’ expertise in financial recordkeeping, accounting, or financial management (expertise in in-store or pharmacy is a plus).
• Basic expertise in Nigerian tax rules (VAT, PAYE, WHT).
• Competence in MS Excel and exposure to financial system.
• Dedicated attitude, honesty and reliability, and responsibility.
