Chief operator at Prohuman Capital Consulting in Ikeja, Lagos

Role Overview

We are looking for a devoted Chief operator to supervise the processes of our key in-store store in Ikeja. This intermediate leadership position includes managing routine store initiatives, coordinating employees, and making sure outstanding client support while meeting revenue goals and business guidelines.

Employees Management:

• Oversee sales employees, cashiers, and assistance team
• Organize employees plans and oversee work tasks
• Carry out basic employees development on goods and client support
• Manage employee output concerns and offer input

Client support:

• Ensure high guidelines of client support throughout the store
• Manage client service issues and settle concerns promptly
• Track client fulfillment and execute enhancements
• Assist advertising initiatives and sales events

Sales & Status updates:

• Track routine sales effectiveness and answer to top level management
• Help with financial plan tracking and cost control
• Organize on a weekly basis sales documentation and business overviews
• Assist promotion programs and advertising marketing

Competencies Necessary:

• Good executive guidance and team synchronization abilities
• Clear expression and client support competencies
• Basic computer competencies (Office productivity software, POS operational structures)
• Issue resolution and strategic judgment capabilities
• Capability to operate in dynamic in-store environment
