Position Overview

  • To assist the Chief HR in the efficient dispatch of the entire L&D and Hiring process plan.
  • The post holder will recognize development needs, design, produce and supply initiatives across the company at every level, which includes online learning.
  • In charge of setting clear points of assessment and capable to show the academic qualification of success accomplished for all L&D interventions

Position Description

  • Development planning and synchronization. 
  • Advise and collaborate with line managers/heads of department to integrate business/operational qualifications and execute development needs evaluations (TNA). 
  • Formulate and oversee assessment methods and status updates indicators to assist the measurement of program performance.
  •  Build and sustain connections with development vendors and certification bodies to supply efficient development initiatives to the business. 
  • Lead employee/self-paced learning on the Learning Management System (LMS) and track usage to guarantee value 
  • Track development & development expenses and expenditures to help in financial planning 
  • To design needed development sessions and other learning projects with the effectiveness targets in mind 
  • Implement/coordinate needed development and other learning projects 
  • Preserve efficient connection with ITF on yearly development strategies and ensure full yearly refunds 
  • Analyzing development results and creating on a weekly basis and every month L&D documentation 
  • Managing results tracking standardized process across business units 
  • Execute standard procedure effectiveness audits across the business units  
  • Ensure good personal compliance to Health, Safety, Guard and Ecological practice is preserved and exhibited at all times 
  • Execute other duty as allocated by the Chief of HR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Management or Community-related Science or any associated discipline from a reputable Tertiary institution/ Polytechnic
  • CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD, CIPM
  • At least Five (5) years cumulative cognate expertise in an Human resources/Learning & Development position 
  • Expertise in Results tracking 
  • Expertise in the petroleum sector industry is a plus. 
  • Capability to convey at all levels 
  • Outstanding corporate/schedule control competencies 
  • Practical understanding of an Candidates Tracking System (ATS) or SAP Human resources 
  • Competence in Office productivity software Suites 
  • Expertise in Improved interviewing methods 
  • Knowledgeable about a broad selection of procurement avenues – especially for top Engineering/Project Mgt skilled
