Chief operator at an Ice Cream Production Company - Updeal Resources in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

• We are looking for a strategic and outcomes-driven Chief operator to head our ice cream generation and in-store business.
• The preferred candidate will possess comprehensive ownership of processes, financial effectiveness, team lead, and market expansion.
• This position requires a commercially minded leader competent of scaling generation, optimizing in-store effectiveness, and pushing profit margin while making sure quality and adherence.

Process management:

• Supervise day-to-day activities across generation, stock chain, logistics, and in-store units.
• Ensure regular product standard, tools reliability, and adherence with food safety and health rules.
• Introduce industry standards in production operations and stock management to reduce waste and enhance result.

Financial Monitoring:

• Take full duty for cost optimization.
• Track and evaluate financial effectiveness, making analytics-based decisions to enhance margins and income.
• Organize consistent financial and business documentation for board of directors and participants.

People & Team lead:

Build and head top-performing cross-operational teams spanning generation, sales, and processes. Advance an environment that fosters responsibility, safety, client concentration, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of top level leadership background, ideally in food production operations, FMCG, or in-store.
• Robust track document in process effectiveness, finance Management, and team lead.
• Strong insight of stock chain, manufacturing workflows, and compliance guidelines.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and strategic strategic judgment competencies.
• Innovative outlook with a practical, implementation-driven approach.
