• Sustains safe operating environment by recognizing office risks and taking corrective action as required
• Executes routine Position Hazard Consciousness sessions and on a weekly basis Instrument Box topics.
• Ensures team is executing a routine document which comprises routine data records, tools use, and timecards.
• Supervises site staff in fair and equitable manner.
• Deals with employee output and development concerns as they occur.
• Engages in pre-building sessions to discuss initial phase up and project organizing. Arranges and engages in consistent position on-site sessions throughout the program duration.
• Delivers prompt and precise recordkeeping for status updates safety concerns, tools loss and office injuries.
• Ensures all work follows specified quality benchmarks. Checks site work for quality adherence, materials for quality adherence and evaluate assembly of manufacturer’s literature and drawings before work begins.
• Responds to questions or service issues from clients, compliance-related agencies, or members of the business group.
• Ready to help with ground work alongside heavy tools process in earthwork projects
