Building Civil foreman at Concrete Logistics Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and practical Building Civil foreman to supervise routine on-site processes, organize workers, track development, and guarantee adherence with safety and quality benchmarks. The preferred candidate will possess effective guidance competencies, specialized skill, and the capability to lead work to on-schedule finish.

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize the initiatives of on-site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure building initiatives are carried out according to strategies, requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Track routine on-site advancement and organize activity documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and advance a safe operating environment.
• Assign work and assets productively to deliver on time.
• Coordinate with on-site engineers, PMs, and suppliers to guarantee smooth process.
• Recognize and settle on-site hurdles promptly.

Qualifications

• At least OND or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise as a foreman in a building environment (at least 3 years).
• Solid understanding of building methods, materials, and safety rules.
• Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to read and analyze building drawings.
• Physically suit and committed to work in-field under changing terms.
