Foreman at Ascentech Services Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Foreman expert in finishing works, especially false ceiling, doors, and windows installation. The preferred candidate will possess proven practical experience in implementation, synchronization, and oversight of finishing works from commencement to initiating and concluding handover.

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize all on-site finishing initiatives which includes false ceiling, doors, and windows work.
• Guarantee promptness implementation of works as per timeline and quality benchmarks.
• Track development and offer technical direction to the on-site team and subcontractors.
• Sustain compliance to safety and quality qualifications during implementation.
• Organize routine/on a weekly basis advancement documentation and modify the Building Manager.
• Settle on-site-associated concerns promptly to avoid setbacks in project finalization.
• Ensure smooth handover of finishing works to customers upon finalization.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification in any discipline.
• 8–10 years of practical experience in finishing works (false ceiling, doors & windows).
• Solid understanding of finishing guidelines, implementation, and synchronization.
• Capability to read and analyze building drawings and requirements.
• Clear articulation, executive guidance, and analytical abilities.
• Readiness to commute to project sites
