Position Overview

We are at present looking for a agile individual to fill the position of a Warehouse Manager to oversee our finished goods store, at our facility in Awka, Anambra State. This position includes monitoring the loading of goods into trucks, coordinating laborers, drafting waybills, and preserving stock records to guarantee productive and precise outgoing logistics processes.

Primary duties

• Supervise the loading of goods into trucks, making sure precision and compliance to dispatch plans.
• Oversee and oversee laborers participated in loading and unloading initiatives.
• Organize and problem waybills for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure to meet all loading targets routine as this would be the key effectiveness indicator.
• Preserve precise stock records of finished goods.
• Carry out consistent stock audits and resolve physical inventory with system records.
• Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines and standardized processes during loading and unloading initiatives.
• Handle and settle any concerns or discrepancies connected with outgoing shipments.
• Work alongside other departments to guarantee smooth and productive outgoing logistics processes.
• Formulate strategies to track storage utilisation levels.
• Document and track inventory levels.
