Human resources Head at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and skilled Human resources Head to supervise every facet of HR management at our efficient-growing production operations facility. This is a critical executive function attentive on building a conforming, high-effectiveness staff in sync with the organization’s business targets.

Primary duties

• Head the full Human resources operation which includes hiring process, orientation, workplace engagement, development, and results tracking
• Formulate and ensure adherence to Human resources rules, standardized processes, and disciplinary frameworks that match with Nigerian work legal provisions and organisation values
• Oversee wage processing management and employee perks, which includes HMO and depart tracking
• Assist managers with staff planning, change arranging, and efficiency boost methods
• Promote employee relation and retention through organized response, mentoring, and information exchange plans
• Manage internal inquiries, grievance standardized processes, and dispute settlement in a fair and specialist manner
• Preserve precise employee records and ensure information accuracy within Human resources operational structures
• Team up with finance, processes, and executive guidance teams to align Human resources plan with organisation targets
• Organize accommodation and orientation assist for out-of-town and expatriate employees
• Advocate an environment that fosters competence, adherence, and ongoing development across all operational units

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Higher national diploma in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years Human resources expertise, with a minimum of 2 years in a executive position, ideally in production operations or industrial sector
• Expertise in hiring process, orientation, development, and results tracking
• Good comprehension of remuneration, perks, and workplace engagement
• Competence in Human resources software or Enterprise platform planning operational structures is a plus
• Clear articulation, executive guidance, and people skills
• Capability to manage private matters with discretion and competence
• Specialist Human resources qualifications is a plus.
