Facilities Organizer at Atis Limited (2 Openings) in Nigeria

Position Overview

We are seeking to utilize a Operations and facilities Manager who will be accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of a specified on-site, making sure a positive and safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This position supervises the employees and initiatives at the on-site, making sure that all duty are finished in a prompt and productive manner.

Duties

• Supervise the advancement of all on-site initiatives
• Evaluate routine on-site work and suggest any advancement measures
• Ensure project finalization as per the set timeline
• Convert plans into strategies
• Organize and oversee all workers
• Offer plans for workers
• Coordinate with service providers, managers and other participants, making sure that all parties remain aligned
• Preserve safety and quality benchmarks
• Arrange the tools and labor necessary to finalize the project
• Verify that every tools are in operating order and good requirement
• Report documentation, financial plans, project strategies, and demonstrating them to applicable participants
• Execute any other obligations as allocated by the Construction supervisor.

Credentials

• Bsc in Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
• At least 4 years of sector awareness is firmly wanted.
• A specialist certification is a plus.
• Capability to analyze technical documents and plans
• Skilled in MS Workspace
• Good status updates competencies
• Financial plan and planning leadership background.
• Outstanding verbal and professional writing competencies
• Must follow all organisation rules and standardized processes.
