Generation Head at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion in Awka, Anambra

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Generation Head to supervise routine shopfloor processes and lead generation effectiveness in our aluminium extrusion facility. This is a executive function attentive on supplying result targets, optimizing methods, and making sure full compliance to safety and quality benchmarks.

Primary duties

• Supervise and direct routine generation processes across various changes.
• Submit application Total Efficient Servicing & maintenance (TPM)and lean production operations procedures to reduce non-operational time and optimize tools effectiveness.
• Ensure generation targets are accomplished while directing waste and reducing unit expenses.
• Oversee change plans, staff distribution, and generation line productivity.
• Uphold full adherence with safety, quality, and servicing & maintenance guidelines on the shop floor.
• Work in close partnership with servicing & maintenance, QA, logistics, and organizing departments.
• Head ongoing development endeavors and ensure adherence to compliance to standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
• Offer learning and guidance to operators to develop abilities, effectiveness, and responsibility.
• Keep precise records, organize generation documentation, and sustain results dashboards.
• Track unedited material usage and assist precise inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Engineering or associated Technical site.
• At least 5 years’ expertise in generation oversight or plant processes (production operations environment preferred)
• Established history inoutput optimization, cost savings, and process effectiveness
• Practical experience with TPM, 5S, and other lean resources
• Effective guidance, team synchronization, and verbal abilities
• Capability to evaluate generation data and make implementable decisions
• Competence in Excel spreadsheet software and Enterprise platform planning operational structures (Odoo expertise will be an added advantage)
• Readiness to live in-field in Awka is firmly preferred.
