Team / Position Overview

• ICBS is a worldwide service company that delivers a mix of core goods and solutions to the business. These comprise of:
• Archiving,
• Mail & Allocation,
• Handled Print Solutions,
• Workspace Inventory & Stationery,
• Promotion & Transactional Print,
• Worldwide Commute,
• Corporate Card Programme,
• Vehicle Programme.
• The position is in charge of the business execution and implementation for one or more of the BTSS’ core and non-core goods. This requires close co-ordination with the applicable regional SME’s and Country Heads.

What You’ll Do Plan:

Development and implementation of the ICBS product plan and business dispatch of ICBS solutions in conjunction with the Sub-Cluster and Cluster Heads, and various regional processes in addition to in country business management. Recognition, development and execution of ICBS programs which reduce cost, add value, grow regulates, boost efficiency and supply shareholder value for in country solutions. Making sure adherence with worldwide and regional operational rules, standardized processes and programs whilst meeting local qualifications and implementation of local standardized processes as per country compliance obligations as relevant.

Finance Management:

• Thorough finance Management and shape of direct and indirect spend.  Recognition and sustained dispatch of cost efficiencies.
• Direct involvement and/or synchronization of significant and sophisticated projects of the department 
• Comply and meet country financial plan
• Periodic financial plan, cost variance evaluate and supervising

Process management:

• Ensure productive dispatch of ICBS solutions in country
• Carry out periodic assessment of ICBS methods against regulatory framework and compliance obligations 
• Build and preserve solid connections with key internal customers
• In charge of local routine business ICBS core solutions
• Management of process risk and regulate utilising key effectiveness indicators and Service improvement and Uninterrupted Workflow optimization methods
• Ensure and sustain trusted partnerships and teamwork with peers, other local or regional units, top management, vendors and associates
• Actively engage in ICBS country sessions and calls regional sessions and calls where necessary and other relevant ICBS goods initiatives.
• Meet routinely with participants on qualifications and requirements on ICBS effectiveness
• Involvement on consistent Third-party sessions
• Fulfill the role of backup to other Country Managers during paid vacation periods / as and when necessary and productively oversee the team during these periods
• Pursue industry standards within regional/worldwide teams and distribute with the local team
• Escalation of concerns as suitable
• Fulfill the role of BAO (Business Activity Owner)
