About the Position
- We are looking for an skilled Warehouse Manager to supervise and optimize processes for our e-commerce and business fulfillment channels.
- The preferred candidate will bring robust warehouse leadership background along with expertise in e-commerce logistics.
- This position is practical, making sure productive stock management, smooth order fulfillment, and operations excellency across the warehouse.
Primary duties
- Supervise routine warehouse processes which includes receiving, storage, stock, and shipping.
- Oversee order fulfillment methods for e-commerce and Amazon sales channels.
- Ensure warehouse effectiveness, precision, and adherence with safety guidelines.
- Ensure warehouse stock precision and honesty and reliability at all time.
- Head, educate, and oversee warehouse employees to meet productivity targets.
- Work alongside processes, logistics, and e-commerce teams to enhance processes.
- Execute operational structures and methods to enhance warehouse effectiveness.
- Track KPIs and offer documentation for executive review.
Credentials
- Demonstrated expertise in warehouse management (necessary).
- Previous expertise with e-commerce logistics and/or and fulfillment (necessary).
- Effective guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
- Expertise in warehouse management operational structures (WMS) and e-commerce channels.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, growing business environment.
