Job Description

Execute procurement plans for engineering service categories, oversee procurement businesses from E2E to Payment, ensure uninterrupted stock of the corresponding categories, ensure productive and premium quality dispatch, and enhance complete expenses, and assist the building of the corresponding category ecosystem.
Formulate supplier selection plans, arrange talks with suppliers, and sign agreements.
Establish, preserve, and enhance the procurement business-related and cost baselines for categories, and ensure the attractive advantage of categories in terms of expenses.
Allocation and guarantee of dispatch assets: Take charge of the procurement of handled categories, build the pattern of dispatch assets, and ensure stable dispatch. Formulate dispatch asset guarantee measures, make structured in improve to match stock and requirement, organize supplier assets to assist successful project dispatch, and prevent key dispatch and quality challenges.
Supplier connection management: Establish and sustain connections with suppliers, arrange and execute procurement initiatives which includes supplier certification, selection, results tracking, project sample management, partnership, and development, and make sure that the supplier gains a relatively attractive edge in procurement.

Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma graduated from any relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of procurement-associated work expertise, good cross-department advancement and implementation capabilities,
knowledgeable about project dispatch methods, and knowledgeable about business expertise and procurement models in the communications industry.
Be skilled in business-related and adherence expertise and comprehend basic financial and tax expertise.
Robust project coordination capability, skilled in project coordination methods, good company and verbal abilities, procurement and business bargain expertise. Good interpersonal and bargaining ability with suppliers and internal clients.
