Position Overview

The Head Nurse will support to and work alongside other Top level Hospital Management and other Clinical staff to supply premium quality healthcare care to patients and offer outstanding clinical and specialist executive guidance to nursing employees at all levels, making sure nursing care in the Hospital is fulfilled to a high standard and nursing assets are handled productively.

Duties

• Offer specialist nursing guidance and input into business and strategic concerns regarding the Hospital which includes the development & execution of initiatives to guarantee the Hospital’s targets are accomplished within accepted timelines.
• Engage in the organizing and execution of progress updates concerning patient care quality making sure that all nursing employees work productively to attain the Company’s targets.
• Assist the Hospital run smoothly by preserving good operating connections by serving as a link between doctors, nurses and Hospital Management in order to enhance patient care.
• Offer specialist-level assist for patients by responding medical questions, offering clinical information inside the limits of their development/authority as relevant.
• Track and ensure adherence to the practical execution of all Hospital Standard Operating Standardized processes (SOPs) to guarantee the safety and protection of the Hospital’s patients.
• Head & ensure adherence to all Infection Prevention and Regulates procedures and rules across the Hospital.
