Position Overview

The Technical Procurement Manager is in charge of the procurement and procurement connected with technical goods and solutions, i.e., engineering software, spares, heavy responsibility, and building tools, while making sure adherence, robust vendor management, lead efficient supplier talks, cost effectiveness, and prompt, premium quality dispatch in sync with project targets.

Credentials

• Applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma in equivalent in Engineering or a relevant field from a reputable higher education institution.
• A MSC and membership of applicable a member of a professional body (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPM) is a plus.
• At least 20 years' work expertise in procurement management with core engineering/technical executive expertise of no less than 10 years is mandatory inside the petroleum sector industry.
• Established history in successfully discussing terms sophisticated agreements and coordinating supplier connections.
• Competence in design, execution, and management of stock regulate operational structures.
• Deep knowledge of procurement and stock chain management industry standards.
• Outstanding executive, executive guidance, and stakeholder engagement competencies.
• Robust competence with Enterprise platform planning operational structures software (SAP, Oracle, etc) and in application of Ms office tools.
• Robust system knowledge of petroleum sector tools and solutions.
