Job Description

The Fabrication Workshop Head will supervise and organize all initiatives inside the metal fabrication workshop for projects, which includes pipeline, structural steel, pressure vessels, skids, and modular assemblies.
The position needs in-depth understanding in high-spec fabrication methods, adherence with industry codes (API, ASME, AWS), and efficient asset and safety management.
The Manager ensures prompt, cost-efficient, and premium quality dispatch of fabricated items that meet thorough petroleum sector industry guidelines.

Strategy and organize fabrication plans based on delivery schedules and key focuses.
Oversee and assign labor, machines, and resources across welding, appropriate, cutting, bending, and assembly sections.
Carry out routine toolbox talks and ensure change-wise productivity tracking.

Collaborate with Quality assurance/Quality control teams and third-party inspectors (TPIs) for inspections, running test, and recordkeeping.
Ensure 100% compliance to quality norms, which includes hydrotesting, PMI, dimensional checks, and graphics inspections.
Execute NCR (Non-Conformance Documentation) closures and corrective action strategies.

bachelor's in engineering. in any Engineering Discipline, ideally Civil or Mechanical Engineering
