Position Overview

• Organize and examine finance records, making sure precision and adherence with legal provisions and rules.
• Oversee general ledger entries, which includes modifying transaction entries and account adjustments.
• Organize every month, every quarter, and yearly financial statements for within and outside the organization participants.
• Supervise outstanding bills and receivable methods, making sure prompt payments and collections.
• Help in the project setup of tax returns and guarantee promptness submitting in adherence with local, state, and federal rules.
• Evaluate financial data to recognize practices, variances, and zones for cost reduction or effectiveness advancement.
• Assist the financial planning and predicting process, offering data and findings for executive review.
• Organize with external auditors during audits and offer necessary recordkeeping and descriptions.
• Preserve precise and structured finance records for easy retrieval and audit preparedness.

Qualifications
