Duties
- Hire and onboard new POS agents/merchants.
- Educate agents on device usage, transaction methods, and diagnosing issues.
- Ensure agents adhere with organisation rules and standard procedures.
- Offer continuous help to agents and settle escalated concerns.
Qualifications
- At least OND certification
- Clear expression and sales competencies
- Self-motivated with capability to reach targets.
