Business Management:

• Supervise daily processes across sales, allocation, logistics, and warehousing.
• Ensure the organization operates within all legal & regulatory frameworks connected with importation and allocation of our goods.
• Optimise stock chain and stock management to guarantee cost effectiveness and on-time completion.

Business promotion / sales:

• Generate income growth by top sales plans, pricing models, and advertising initiatives.
• Build and preserve solid connections with suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Evaluate industry trends and buyer conduct to mentor product and territory growth.

Finance Management:

• Organize and oversee financial plans, projections, and key indicators.
• Ensure financial targets are fulfilled and take corrective action where necessary.
• Track and enhance margins, cost systems, and return on financial funding.

Team lead & Development:

• Head, train, and formulate a top-performing executive team.
• Advance cross-operational partnership and ensure alignment of unit-specific targets.
• Execute capacity-building plans to improve employee competencies and retention.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Stock Chain, Promotion, or relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive executive guidance expertise, preferably within buyer goods, alcohol allocation, or a connected sector.
• Exhibited success in coordinating multi-operational teams and scaling processes.
• Deep knowledge of alcohol compliance obligations, authorizing, and adherence at federal and state levels.
• Verified ability to formulate and execute strategic strategies and lead P&L outcomes.
• Outstanding executive guidance, bargain, and verbal abilities.
• Expertise with Enterprise platform planning operational structures and business intelligence resources will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Prior executive guidance in a CPG or beverage/alcohol allocation environment.
