Administrator Officer at African Natural Resources and Mines Limited in Kaduna

Position Overview

The Administrator Officer will be in charge of making sure a clean, safe, and well-preserved work environment by monitoring room maintenance services processes.  The role is attentive on coordinating cleaning initiatives, facility upkeep, and making sure hygiene guidelines across organisation premises.

Primary duties

• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, resources, and tools, while supervising inventory levels and lifting requisitions when necessary.
• Carry out consistent inspections of facilities to guarantee high guidelines of cleanliness and documentation servicing & maintenance concerns to applicable departments.
• Execute and ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety guidelines across all organisation premises.
• Keep documentation of room maintenance services processes, stock, and consumables usage.
• Assist managerial processes which includes submitting, recordkeeping, and vendor communication link connected with room maintenance services and facility solutions.
• Take action promptly to room maintenance services-associated service issues or requests from employees and management.

Credentials & Competencies

• Certification or Bsc in Management, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Prior expertise in room maintenance services oversight, facility management, or managerial assist.
• Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities competencies.
• Expertise in cleaning standardized processes, hygiene guidelines, and safety rules.
• Effective communication and people-leadership abilities.
• Capability to operate with minimal oversight and protect privacy.
